Cancellations & Refunds

At Kubuda, we pour great care into preparing every retreat experience, from the spaces we create to the nourishing details that support your journey. Because each retreat is reserved for a small group, your booking is a meaningful commitment. We understand that unexpected changes can happen, so we’ve designed a clear cancellation policy to help you plan with confidence and to ensure fairness for all participants.

Cancellations & Refunds

To reserve your space at Kubuda, a $900 deposit is required. This deposit allows us to begin preparing your retreat experience with intention and is therefore non-refundable.

• Balance Due: Any remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins.

• Cancellations 31–60 days prior: We understand that life may shift; however, cancellations during this window result in the forfeiture of 50% of your total retreat cost.

• Cancellations 15–30 days prior: At this stage, many of the retreat preparations have been finalized. Cancellations within this time frame result in the forfeiture of 75% of your total retreat cost.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the retreat: As spaces are held exclusively for you, cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

 

We truly value the energy and commitment each guest brings to Kubuda. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes.
