• Kubuda reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payments are not received within the stated timeline.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies, including refund eligibility, are provided at the time of booking.

• Kubuda is not responsible for travel interruptions, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
